April 22, 2010 Happy Birthday Olivia!!

Olivia turned 6 years old today. Wow, how the years have flown by. Because she didn't have school, I got to spend the whole day with her. That won't be the case too much longer with full-time school in the near future so I enjoyed it! She invited her friend Ellie from school to spend the afternoon with her. It was fun b/c Ellie's birthday is tomorrow..the 23rd..so they celebrated together. The afternoon was filled with McDonalds, playing at the mall and decorating cupcakes. That evening, Olivia picked out the dinner spot at the Golden Corral Buffet. Her barbie cake was a hit...thanks to Alyssa for helping me with it!

The girls had three egg hunts over the Easter weekend, what pro egg hunters they have become!

We went to my brother Chad's for a cookout on Saturday night. The girls participated in Cousin Ralph's first egg hunt.. he thought that the easter eggs were balls and was more interested in throwing them!

Ralph and his cousin Nolan loved having the girls pull them in the wagon. They would just sit in there and wait for one of them to come and pull them!

The Toledo Zoo

Our beautiful Good Friday was spent at the Toledo Zoo with our good friends, the Lease Family. It was an awesome day and our favorites of the day were the chimps and gorillas who were very entertaining and made us laugh!

Cousins!

One of the girls' favorite things about being back in Ohio is that they can see their cousins whenever they want to! Here they are with Wade and Louis at their first park outing of the season last month.

A Warm February Day

Okay..I'm a bit behind on my blogs. These are pics from last month. We were enjoying one of those warm days in February on the playground in our complex. What a crazy winter month we had with more snow than Ohio normally gets. It seems that we may have brought it from Syracuse!
